The IDC Journey
What will you do?
We know that time is precious.
Our courses are tailored to suit your lifestyle.
You'll have a week of intensive workshops in the classroom, pool and sea.
But before all of that even starts we will have had lessons on ZOOM.
If you have spent money on getting somewhere nice, you want to enjoy your time as much as possible, that is why we cover lots of the sessions that don't involve getting in the water before you arrive on site.
ZOOM sessions also allow us to work around your schedule. These can be completed weeks ahead of arriving at the exam location.
Once you arrive at the location we will have in-person workshops covering all of the skills you will use once you become an instructor.
We concentrate on getting you ready to pass the exam.
You'll fine-tune your skill circuit, learn how to give pro-level presentations both in the classroom and the water. You'll have fun whilst you are doing it.
What will it cost?
Here's what you really want to know!
The course itself costs £1,150. You can pay this in instalments or with credit card.
There are then a few other bits that we need to talk about.
First you need to pay for your course materials. This is all of the slates and e-learning that you need to complete the IDC and go on to be a successful instructor. £540
Next, to be a PADI Instructor you also need to teach the EFR course. You'll learn how to teach this from us during your IDC. You need the materials and you pay an application fee once completed.

To attend the PADI Instructor Exam you need to pay a fee.
£695 (Egypt) / £835 (Europe)
Once you pass your exam you then pay an application fee.

You can also add on the MSDT prep-pak of 5 specialities.
£500 (including application fees).
You can either choose to handle all of the payments yourself, or pay us an all inclusive price of £3000.

Access our comprehensive PADI curriculum modules from anywhere in the world, allowing you to progress at your own pace without geographical constraints. To save on time and travel costs many of our workshops can be delivered through ZOOM calls.
PADI Certification
Gain the official PADI Instructor Development Course certification, recognized worldwide, classes delivered online through ZOOM and in-person at one of our PADI IDC locations. Courses will be structured to suit your needs. You can combine locations and ZOOM content to suit your schedule.
Keep it fun
These courses are a big investment for you, we will make sure that you are getting the very best instruction, but we will also make sure you are having fun as well. You'll make friends for life.
Who am I?
Scuba diving makes me happy and have been diving since 2007.
I started teaching in 2013 and became a Course Director in 2022.
I have trained 1000s of people to dive at all levels and get a real high from preparing new instructors to start their own journey to do the same.
Once you decide to do a course with me I will be there every step of the way, and will be available to answer any questions you have throughout your diving career.
I have a great group of instructors of all levels that I call friends.
During your course you will also be assisted by a great group of Staff and Master Instructors who will be on hand to help you succeed.
After nearly 20 years, I still love scuba diving. I love to travel, see new places and seek out the incredible adventures that scuba diving has to offer. It might sound cheesy but every dive is living out a childhood dream and teaching is the icing on the cake.
